My main goal: To win HS and MS basketball tournaments and bring GLORY TO OUR SCHOOL!! I'll run a few theories about how our team should be run: Point Guard (Me, Eddie's leaving) Center (Sin Lai, Please!) SG (Ben CK) PF or SF (Eugene) and then we let some other guy come. I have some new offensive plans that should be able to run against the other schools and we will win! The Beijing schools should be a cinch, however, I'm worried about the TianJin schools (them cheaters!). Here are my plans for our home games for basketball next year. I'm hoping we could bring in some music and lots more people to watch our games. Gives our school a little more spirit and gives us a proper home court advantage! So...first of all, we need to get student council to agree and we need to ACTUALLY GET people to come to our games. Hmm if they don't allow music...how about a drum? I'm gonna talk some more. Who came up with the stereotype that if you're big, then you can't dribble?!?! I will be PG and I'll prove you guys wrong!! By the way, I'm sunburnt right now. Another thing, we need a PROPER coach that actually motivates our team. No offence Mr. Mac, but you were kinda weak. Mr. Allen (even though he couldn't play for heck) was rather strong. Finally, I think we need more refs!! A lot of the fouls don't get called under the basket!! Another thing, ISB didn't deserve to get all the points. That guy that always stole the ball from Eddie was officially cheating. In order to steal the ball, your hand has to be really low in order to swipe it away. He was fouling!! And guess what, the ref (the English one) actually was associated with ISB. Yeah, that could've been a biased game (actually, I think it was). One more thing, one more thing. I think that our practices should be more frequent and should be longer in length. There's no good practicing for like an hour and a half for 2 (TWO) days a week. We need at least 4 I think (but then we would need more dedicated players e.g. Stefen) (by the way, I am NOT a dedicated player, I missed like a quarter of the practices lol). Okay, I think that's enough for today. Wait wait, I've thought of another one, we need to improve our bench so that they could actually lead the team when the starters are tired (we aren't invincible ya know). For example, they should be almost as good as the starters, and should be able to lead the team when the starters are tired or injured. Otherwise, if we have a weak bench, then we would get our butts whipped. ISB is a very good example of this (but they have so many freaking people to choose from it would be amazing if they didn't have a good bench!). Their starters are as good as their bench, and they rotate periodically to keep up the pace of the team. Not bad. Okay, now I'm done. Justin Oh, eProp this if you agree (the plans, not my ranting) EDIT: I think Lincoln should join the team. Have you seen how high he could jump??? And Daniel, You won't make the ISB Varsity Team |
